FAQ / Shipping Times

Order Processing & Shipping Times:

For orders involving frames or poster rail, standard production will take 5-7 business day before shipping.  We frame everything in-house and handcraft our poster rails from locally sourced wood and rare earth magnets.  

For all other orders, our standard production time is 1-3 business days before shipping.

We ship from Raleigh, NC -- west coast customers can expect 3-5 days shipping, east coast customers 2-3 days.

Return Policy:

We stand behind our quality + craftsmanship.  Our packaging is designed to deliver our products / artwork to you damage free.  Please take care and follow the unboxing instructions to avoid damage when flattening or removing.

If you are unhappy with your order within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your order or work with you to gather feedback / make it right.
